Margaret 'Peggy' Grover Scott

Margaret 'Peggy' Scott, 85, who had been an American Red Cross  volunteer at Walter Reed Army Medical Center since 1968, died of pulmonary failure May 6 at Suburban Hospital.
Mrs. Scott, a Bethesda resident, previously spent about 20 years as an  American Field Service volunteer.
Margaret Grover was a native Washingtonian and graduate of  Wilson High School. She attended Lasell College in Massachusetts. Her husband, Peter Scott, whom she married in 1943, died in 1996.
Survivors include three sons, Peter Scott Jr. of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Michael Scott of Annapolis and Hank Scott of Rockville; and four grandchildren.
