Helen Henderson Pittelko

    Helen "Barbara" Pittelkow (Nee Henderson)
July 30, 1923 - March 22, 2011 Barbara passed
peacefully after living 87 years to the fullest.

    She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother
and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by husband,
Donald; parents, Helen and Forrest Henderson, siblings,
Grace Osgood, Leona Gilbert and Forrest Henderson.
Survived by sons, James (Mary) Pittelko and Larrie
(Kathy) Pittelko; grandmother to Jamie (Justin) Boche,
Brian (Mary) Pittelko and Kevin(Maggie) Pittelko; great-grandmother to
Eleanor Pittelko. Survived by sister-in-law, Bertha Henderson. Special Aunt
to Sandy, Linda, Diane, Roger, Patty and their families.

    Barb was a graduate of
Wilson High School. She joined the Navy
during World War II and was a proud Wave Veteran. She was stationed in
Washington, D.C.

    She returned home to marry hersailor, Don, and they made their home in
St. Paul. Barb was a member and Past Worthy Matron of St. Anthony
Charter O.E.S #212, a member of Daughters of the Nile Mat Sha Temple
#62, and the Minnesota PorcelainArtists Guild.

    Special thanks to the Keller family and the staff at St. Therese at St.
Odilia for theirkind attentiveness.

Cancer Center at U of M, American Heart Assoc. or donor's choice.
