Sally McCormick Biskup, 91, an accomplished horsewoman who taught riding classes for disabled children, died of lung
cancer Oct. 15 at her home in Arlington.
She was born in Wilmington, N.C., and moved to Washington in 1929. She graduated from Western High School. She worked
for a time as an assistant to Gen. Lucius Clay in the American Mission for Aid to Greece in Athens.
She traveled to Lebanon, Iran, and Paris with her husband, Victor Biskup, a decorated World War II veteran, who was with the
Internal Revenue Service. Her husband died in 2001.
Survivors include a sister.
