

Ralph S. Litton Jr., a resident of Davidsonville for over 15 years and previously
of Seabrook, died November 8 at Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center after a
lengthy illness.
He was born July 17, 1935, in Washing ton, D.C., and graduated from
McKinley High School in 1953. Before his retirement, he worked for Safeway
grocery stores in the Washington Metropolitan area for 37 years. Ralph was a
longtime member of Riverdale Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday school.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathryn Litton.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis G. Litton; son, Ralph Terrell
Litton of Seabrook; daughter, Patricia Ann Miller of Davidsonville; grandson,
Shane Miller of Davidsonville; three granddaughters, Kristin Buser of Riva, and
Shannon Taylor and Nicole Miller, both of Davidsonville; and great-grandson,
A.J. Buser of Riva.
Friends are invited to Ralph's Life Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday,
November 14 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd.,
Edgewater, where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday,
November 15. Interment Riverdale Baptist Church Cemetery.
