JOANNE JACKSON HOLMAN
Joanne Jackson Holman of Falls Church, VA passed away on July 26, 2014.
She was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Hyattsville, MD where she graduated from
McKinley High School.
She lived in Rockville, MD; San Diego, CA; Hendersonville, NC and eventually resided in Falls
Church, VA.
After raising her children, she went to work at US-Citizenship and Immigration Services.
She loved animals - especially her dogs Katie and Sara and enjoyed volunteering at the
Animal Shelter.
She was the beloved mother to Owen Jackson, III, Jennifer (JJ) Rochefort and Kristine
Jackson; son-in-law Richard Rochefort; and daughter-in-law Paula Jackson. She is also
survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
