Gonzalo Martin Martinez

Gonzalo Martin Martinez, 43, who worked at DLT Direct, a commercial printing  concern in Sterling, died March 4 of cancer at the Casey House hospice in  Rockville. He lived in Germantown.
Mr. Martinez was a supervisor at DLT Direct and had worked there for five  years. He previously had worked for other printing plants in the area, said his  sister, C.Cristina Martinez of New York.
Mr. Martinez was born in Washington and graduated from  St. John's  College High School. He served in the Air Force at Vandenberg Air Force Base  in California in the early 1980s as a communication specialist.
A dedicated outdoorsman, he loved fishing and hunting.
His marriage to Lara Martinez ended in divorce.
Survivors, in addition to his sister, include two children, Nicole Martinez and Erik Martinez, both of Richardson, Tex., and his parents, Martin and Maria Martinez of Washington.
