| Mildred Bright Mildred Bright, 87, a homemaker and later an employee of Walker and Dunlop, a Bethesda-based commercial real estate firm, died Feb. 23 of lung disease at Maplewood Park Place. She had been a Chevy Chase resident for more than 40 years before moving to Maplewood, a senior living residence in Bethesda. |

| Mrs. Bright was born in Washington and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1934. She was a homemaker for many years before joining Walker and Dunlop in the 1950s as an accountant. She retired in 1982. | |||
| She was a member of the Hamlet Garden Club and St. Luke's Episcopal Church, where she was a member of the Altar Guild, the Garden Guild, the Chair Flower Guild and the Needlepoint Guild. | |||
| Her marriage to James W. Bonbrest ended in divorce. Her second husband, Andrew Bright, died in 1990. A son, J. William Bonbrest, also died in 1990. | |||
| Survivors include a son from her first marriage, Franklyn Bonbrest of Alexandria; a sister, Patricia A. Corvelli of Bethesda; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. | |||
