DOROTHY SIMPSON BROWN 'Dottie' (Age 90) On Sunday, August 24, 2008, of Lewes,
DE, at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, DE. She was born in Washington, DC in 1917, the
daughter of the late James Carroll and Lillian K. Simpson. Dottie was raised in Washington,
DC and graduated from Roosevelt High School. A Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated on Thursday, August 28, 2008, 11 a.m. by Rev. James E. Downs, MSA, at St.
Edmond's Catholic Church, King Charles & Laurel Streets, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Friends
may call at the church beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being
handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes. In lieu of flowers, the family
suggest memorial contributions be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriot's Way,
