Colwell, Charlotte W. 75, of Edina, MN, passed away Friday, March 27, 2009 in Edina. Preceded in death by
her parents, Holly Farmer and Terry Hall and sister, Phyllis Rogers. Survived by her loving husband of 46
years, David; daughter, Holly Theresa Colwell; son, Charles David Colwell; brothers-in-law, Tom (Phyllis)
Colwell and John (Joan) Colwell; sister-in-law, Cynthia Colwell; six nieces and nephews; eight grand nieces
and grand nephews and their children's God Parents, Dick and Vivian Stuck. Charlotte was employed at
Vernon Terrace of Edina from 1990 until 2003 and was an active volunteer at the Edina Senior Center.
Charlotte loved tending to her garden at her home on Minnehaha Creek. She enjoyed travel adventures,
cooking and sharing her homemade soups with family and friends. Charlotte's family would like to extend a
special thank you to Dr. Eric Weinshel and the staff at Minnesota Oncology for their loving care. Memorials
are preferred to the Edina Senior Center, 5820 Grandview Square, Edina, MN 55436 or to the donor's
choice. Memorial Service Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1900
Nicollet Ave. Minneapolis, MN 55403 with reception to follow. Interment Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis,
