Theodore Bishoff

Theodore Bishoff 1911 - 2012 LANTANA, FL

Theodore Bishoff, 101, died on November 18, 2012 of natural causes at his home in
southern Florida.

Ted was born in New York on February 6, 1911 to Fanny and Alexander Bishoff. In
1918, his family moved to Washington D. C. Ted attended public schools in
Washington D. C. graduating from
Eastern High School in 1929. He also attended
the University of Maryland and American University Law School.

Ted married Gladys Siegel of Baltimore and they enjoyed a close, happy marriage for
64 years.

Ted served in the US Army as a Lt. Colonel during World War II. He also worked at the
Navy Department and as a patent attorney for Berman, Eisenberg, and Pratt in
Washington, D.C.

Ted is survived by his loving children: Mark Bishoff (Barbara), Barbara Weber, and
Carolyn Ledewitz (Dr. Howard), grandchildren: Alexandra McDonough (Joseph), Dr.
Kevin Carlson (Eric), Sara Morin (Barry), Dr. Benjamin Ledewitz, and Allison Schultz
(Phillip); and great grandchildren: Hunter McDonough, Logan McDonough, Max
Carlson, Campbell Carlson, and Sidney Carlson.

A private graveside service will be held at King David Memorial Garden in Falls
Church, Virginia on November 28 at 11:30 a.m.
