2014 death of Clyde S. Shippe. He was a SGT with
MPD-CID when retired on July 1, 1969.

On December 3, 2014 Clyde S. Shippe passed away.
Clyde is the beloved husband of Jane Wander Shippe,
the devoted father of Kathryn Marie Shippe and Mark Eugene Shippe and his wife
Nancy, and the cherished ‘Grandad’ of Meghan and Sophia.
A public viewing will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home located at
1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Arbutus, MD 21227 on Monday December 8 from 3-5pm
and 7-9pm.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Church of the Ascension located at 4603
Poplar Ave., Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Tuesday, December 9 at 10am followed by
burial in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a toy be donated to Toys for Tots. A collection bin
will be at Church of the Ascension for any donations.
