Thomas C. Bosmans

		Thomas C. Bosmans Age 77, born in Washington DC...our beloved father, husband, and grandfather passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at his Los Altos home on November 27. Tom was a teacher and coach in the Los Altos/Mt. View High School district since 1959. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956 in the U.S. and North         Africa. A graduate of George Wash ington University with a Masters Degree from San Jose State, Tom taught in the Los Altos/Mtn. View Union High School District since 1959. He coached swimming and waterpolo at Mtn. View and Los Altos High Schools while founding and coaching the AAU Mtn. View Dolphins. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956 in the U.S. and North Africa . Tom was passionate about his love for family and his students. While he never sought recognition, he was universally loved and respected by his family, friends, peers and pupils. Tom's positive attitude and belief in others helped him encourage and inspire them to fulfill their potential. He will be greatly missed. Thomas is survived by daughter, Tarilyn Bosmans of Los Altos, son Kris Bosmans (wife Vicki) of Blackhawk, daughter Shelly         Bowers of Los Altos (husband Mark), son Tom L. Bosmans (wife Renee) of Kernville, daughter Jill Costa of Cupertino, son Todd Costa of Cupertino, and grandchildren Trent Bowers, Blake Bowers, and Krystal Bosmans. And very beloved wife, Marge Bowers. He will remain in our         hearts forever. Services will be held at Spangler Mortuary, Saturday, December 8, at 1 pm, 399 S. San Antonio Ave., Los Altos (650)948-6619. Reception following.
