JOHN L. BUSBY Of Fairfax Station, VA, died at his home on October 19, 2009. He was born in
Washington, DC on November 4, 1931. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Jane G.
Busby; and also his four children, Kimberly Formosa (Jeff), Robert Busby(Kim), Lisa Sutton
(Ron) and Susan Stewart (Greg). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Eric and Jamie
Formosa, Brooke and Jason Busby, Caroline and Natalie Sutton, Ryan and Reid Stewart; and one great
granddaughter, Hailey Formosa. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the National
Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA. A service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009, 11 a.m. at National
Funeral Home. Burial will follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers. please make contributions to The Stroke Come
