| Daniel Emil Innamorato, 87, a civilian at Bolling Air Force Base who retired in 1973 as the vehicle maintenance supervisor and for years ran an automotive repair business from his home in Oxon Hill, died Jan. 1 at Holy Cross Hospital. He had congestive heart failure. |

| Mr. Innamorato was born in Bethlehem, Pa., and raised in Washington, where he was a 1937 graduate of Eastern High School. |
|
|
|
He served in the Army in Europe during World War II and participated in the Battle of the Bulge. His decorations included the Bronze Star. |
|
|
| He began working at Bolling as a mechanic in the late 1940s. |
|
|
|
He was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church in Oxon Hill, where he served as an usher, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. |
|
|
| He coached Little League baseball in the 1960s. He also was a golfer and enjoyed playing horseshoes. |
|
|
| Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline Varney Innamorato of Charlotte Hall Veterans' Home in Charlotte Hall; three children, Jeannette Innamorato-Episcopo of Fredericksburg, Daniel A. Innamorato of Gaithersburg and Marian N. Scible of Queen Creek, Ariz.; two sisters, Rena Brzozowski of District Heights and Antonette Kizinski of Elkhart, Ind.; and a brother, Franklin Innamorato of La Mirada, Calif. |
