Benjamin Simon

Benjamin Simon, 94, who practiced real estate and family law in the Washington area before moving to Deerfield Beach, Fla., in 1965, died April 6 at the Regents Park rehabilitation center in Boca Raton, Fla. He had a respiratory ailment.
Mr. Simon was born in Capitol Heights and grew up in Washington, where he graduated from  Eastern High School and Southeastern University law school.
He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and later retired from the Air Force Reserve as a major.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Frances Ginsberg Simon of Deerfield Beach; a stepbrother, Leonard Teitelbaum of Silver Spring; and two half sisters, Hilda Cohen of Silver Spring and Lynn Michael of Olney.
