| Benjamin Simon, 94, who practiced real estate and family law in the Washington area before moving to Deerfield Beach, Fla., in 1965, died April 6 at the Regents Park rehabilitation center in Boca Raton, Fla. He had a respiratory ailment. |

| Mr. Simon was born in Capitol Heights and grew up in Washington, where he graduated from Eastern High School and Southeastern University law school. |
|
| He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and later retired from the Air Force Reserve as a major. |
|
|
| Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Frances Ginsberg Simon of Deerfield Beach; a stepbrother, Leonard Teitelbaum of Silver Spring; and two half sisters, Hilda Cohen of Silver Spring and Lynn Michael of Olney. |
