Anna N. Beall, 90, a Washington native and homemaker, died Feb. 26 of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at her home in
the Mount Vernon section of Fairfax County.
Mrs. Beall grew up on Capitol Hill and graduated from Eastern High School.
Her husband of 52 years, William C. Beall, who won the 1958 Pulitzer Prize for photography at the Washington Daily News, died
in 1994.
Survivors include four children, Denny Beall of Beverly Hills, Fla., March Beall of Alexandria, Lulu Viar of Dale City and Janet
Dalby of Stafford; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
