SARAH FRANCES LAMBERT HUNT (Age 92)
Died March 25, 2011 on the feast of the Annunciation. She was born in
Leesburg, VA on August 14, 1918.
She grew up in Washington, DC and graduated from Central High
School in 1937.
For many years she served several Montgomery County schools as
cafeteria manager. She was a longtime member of St. John Neumann Church
and the Mother of God Community, both in Gaithersburg, MD.
Frances is predeceased by her husband Jack, her daughter Mary, her son
Jack and her grandson Kevin. Survivors include two sons, Larry (Beverly) of
Waxahachie TX and Tommy (Margie) of Hilton Head Island, SC, five
grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home 10 E. Deer Park Drive,
Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Church, 9000
Warfield Road, Gaithersburg, MD on Friday April 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
contributions may be made to the Mother of God Community, 20501 Goshen
