Henry Davis

Henry Davis, 95, a retired executive with Charles G. Stott Co., died of  pneumonia Nov. 11 at the Washington Home nursing facility.
Mr. Davis, a native Washingtonian who lived virtually his entire life in the District, worked for the Stott office supply and furniture company for 44   years.
He graduated from Central High School and George Washington University.
He received a law degree from George Washington University's law school in 1938.
During World War II, Mr. Davis served in the Army in Korea, and he served in the reserves for eight years after the war ended.
Mr. Davis retired in 1981 as head of the Stott company's government   contracting division.
He continued to consult for the company until 1992.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mary Helen Davis of Washington; a daughter, Judith Davis Baer of Alexandria; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter
