ANTOINETTE WILKINSON TAPSCOTT "Toni"
Died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Fauquier Health
& Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as Overlook,
Warrenton, VA.
Mrs. Tapscott was a graduate of the Central High
School, Class of 1950, Washington, DC and went on to
graduate Freedman's Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Col. Eugene D. Tapscott,
USA (Ret.); daughter, Audrey T. McGrew; sons, David W. and Steven E.
Tapscott; son and daughters-in-law, Karl, Teresa and Lisa. She is also
survived by two grandsons, George and Brian Tandy; along with a host of
other relatives and friends.
Services for Mrs. Tapscott will be held at First AME Church of
Manassas, 10313 S. Grant Ave., Manassas, VA 20110, Saturday, January 29,
2011, viewing from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment Colvin
Family Cemetery, Greenville, VA.
