Paula F. Weinstock, 67, an insurance screener for Geico in Chevy Chase from 1986 to 1995, died Oct. 21 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville
of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She was a resident of Gaithersburg.

In the late 1990s, Mrs. Weinstock worked as a sales associate at various retail stores in Gaithersburg.

Paula Fischgrund was a native Washingtonian and a 1960 graduate of
Calvin Coolidge High School. She was a member of the women's auxiliary of the
Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Her husband of 22 years, Ira S. Weinstock, died in 1986.

Survivors include three children, Miriam Weinstock of Gaithersburg, Jeffrey Weinstock of Arlington, Wash., and Harold Weinstock of Gaithersburg; two
brothers, Gene Fischgrund of St. Michaels and Jerome Stanbury of Annapolis; a sister, Ronda Koslow of Falls Church; and seven grandchildren.
