Frances K. Debosky Mager

  Frances Kiva DeBosky Mager, 80, who owned several gas stations and other businesses in Washington, died April 5, 2006 at Holy Cross Hospital from complications of diabetes. She lived in Silver Spring.
  Mrs. Mager was born in Washington and graduated from  Coolidge High School. Beginning in the 1950s, she co-managed several Texaco stations in the District and had other gas stations on Georgia Avenue and Missouri Avenue. She also owned a retail tire business and once owned a downtown fur shop with her mother. She retired in the mid-1980s.
  She was a member of Beth Israel Congregation in Owings Mills.
  Her husband, Irving H. Mager, died in 1957.
  Survivors include two children, Edward Jay Mager and Linda Gail Mager, both of Silver Spring.
