Carl G. Crosen, 85
GORHAM -- Carl G. Crosen, 85, of Gorham died Friday, July 22,
2011 at his residence.
Carl was born in Washington, D.C. on April 3, 1926 a son of Carl O.
and Beatrice J. Crosen. Carl was a 1942 graduate of Calvin Coolidge
High School in Washington D.C. and worked briefly for the Treasury
Department.
He then worked for 35 years as a credit manager for the Harris
Company retiring in 1991. Carl was a former member of the Propeller
Club in Boston, as well as several civic organizations and a member of
the Portsmouth Lion's Club.
He was predeceased by his wife Sona; and a grandson, Anthony
Crosen. He is survived by his sons, Dennis G. Crosen of Vassalboro and
Carl A. Crosen of Winthrop; three grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 28 at the Dolby Funeral
Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham from 1-2 p.m. A funeral service will
follow at the chapel at 2 p.m. with burial to follow in Arlington Cemetery,
Rte. 302 Windham.
