George Mitchell David

GEORGE MITCHELL DAVID - a graduate of Anacostia High School,
former restaurant owner and commercial real estate salesman died July
21, 2002 of liver cancer at his home in Upper Marlboro, MD.

A native of Wash., D.C., he managed the family's Crescent Restaurant in
the 60's before serving in the Navy. He was associated with The Three
Theives Restaurant in D.C. and Dante's in Oxen Hill, MD. He also
operated The Congressional Carry-Out on Capital Hill. He opened The
Store Deli in Upper Marlboro in 1978. He managed a tavern and
restaurant in the mid 80's before going into the real estate business. He
was a member of St. Mary's of the Assumption Catholic Church in
Upper Marlboro.

Survivors include "Bunny", his wife of 31 years, children Mitchell,
Monica and Gregory and step children Douglas O'Donnell and Elizabeth
Dickerson; his Father Michell, Sister Myra and a granddaughter.
